About GABAFOR

The medicine comprises two formulations that are Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. It is used to treat post-herpetic neuralgia and epilepsy. Gabapentin is an anti-convulsant and Methylcobalamin is a Mecobalamin or vitamin B12. Gabapentin works by relieving nerve pain and lowering the risk of seizures. Methylcobalamin helps in rejuvenating and protecting damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. The medicine is also used to treat alcoholic neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels).

These medicines can react with this medicine.
